  • I offer individual and group therapy for adults 18 years and older. Issues I typically see are childhood/complex trauma, difficulty with relationships, life changes/transitions, and grief (death and non-death losses).

    Specific types of therapy I provide include:

  • I accept Aetna and United Healthcare, but it is best to let us check your benefits for you to confirm that we are able to bill your insurance.

    If I am out of network, I can provide you with a superbill showing your out of pocket expenses that you can submit to insurance.

  • If you believe I’ve engaged in anything illegal or unethical, please let me know so that I may correct the problem. If you do not wish to discuss it with me, or if I do not correct the issue, you may file a complaint with the appropriate agency as outlined below:
